Yes. Families may register together. Please include the number of participants and the names of additional family members in the registration form.
The current trip price is calculated per person based on the total number of confirmed participants. A family or group discount has not been officially announced. Please contact the organizing team if your family needs special consideration.
The deposit is $300 per participant. This deposit will be applied toward the final trip cost.
The deposit deadline is July 15, 2026. A seat is reserved only after registration and payment have been received and verified.
The final registration and remaining payment deadline is August 15, 2026.
The estimated price is $650 per person with 50 participants or $750 per person with 40 participants. The final balance will be confirmed by the organizing team.
The package is expected to include bus transportation, hotel accommodation, national park admissions, breakfast, and dinner. Lunches and personal expenses are not included unless announced by the organizing team.
The current itinerary includes a Sacramento passenger pickup on Thursday, September 24, and a Sacramento drop-off on Monday, September 28. Please contact the team before registering if you plan to join from Sacramento.
Yes, participants may choose to pay in full. However, because the final price depends on the number of confirmed participants, please confirm the final amount with the organizing team before paying in full.
Payment may be submitted through Zelle to donate@tnhv.org. Please include your full name and Portland Trip 2026 in the payment memo.
Yes. Please keep a screenshot or image of your payment confirmation and upload it through the registration form so the organizing team can verify your payment.
Yes. Times, hotels, meals, stop durations, and activities may change depending on traffic, weather, park access, group needs, or final arrangements.
Your seat is confirmed after you submit the registration form and the organizing team verifies your payment.
